We scramble eggs a lot. Used my electric frother for awhile, but it was icky to clean. This little device is better than that, and much better than just a fork, results in nice fluffy eggs. Really pleased with the shape and sturdiness of it.

I did not know that such a small whisk even existed until I saw it used on a chef’s video. I investigated and found this useful, if small, egg whisk. It is the perfect size for beating one egg for a bread or crust wash or for a two-egg omelet for one. The larger whisks are too big and a fork is not nearly as effective. I use mine frequently. It seems very sturdy and rust proof.

Have used bigger whisks before, and forks for smaller jobs, which didn't quite do the job as well as I'd like so it would take longer. This little whisk put that fork into retirement lol. It's perfect for whisking the extra eggs together to get them mixed well enough to put into bags for freezer. Also great for whisking dough starters :)

Love this whisk! The only thing I don't care for is that food/gunk can get stuck in the handle under the lip, but that's not a big deal as long as I at least rinse it after use to avoid the liquid from hardening & getting stuck underneath.

This whisk is great for eggs. It also incorporates collagen in hot or cold water. I like this so much that I bought a second one as I don't want to go a day without it. I've been using it for over a year and it looks like new. No rust and it maintained its shape. Also instead of a shaker I've used it for mixing protein drinks. Highly recommend and easy to clean.
