Really useful. Grab and don’t mar. I was surprised how often I’m moving them from vise to vise.

Really a necessity if you are drilling round stock.
I have lots of tools but didn't have a way to drill holes in some aluminum round bar. This added to my vise made drilling on my drill press super easy and accurate. Bonus - it also fits my smaller 3 inch vise on my Sherline mill. (It overhangs a bit but not an issue)Good quality and square and the magnets are also adequate. Lastly aluminum construction means no corrosion worries.

NICE SET !!
This a good set of vice pads. It is made to hold materials that you don't want to scour up in the regular vice jaws. The only complaint that I have is that one of the magnets in the pads was missing, but it still holds OK.

Needed these for a long time
I have needed a set of these pretty much for ever! When clamping softer items in a vice I used to try to use rags and cardboard to protect what I was clamping. Dumb! These are pretty inexpensive and work so much better.I've used them a little so far and they seem to be holding up well. I will likely never be without a set of these again

Adequate
They were what I was expecting. The only complaint I could have is that the magnets on the back don't line up in a way that they could be put back to back for storage.

Good value
These inexpensive soft jaws work well. My only suggestion would be slightly stringer or larger magnets. I'd like them to stick to the vise with more tension as it's fairly easy to knock them off when putting something in the vise. Not a deal breaker, but hoping the manufacture improves them slightly.

but useless for the smaller work
Jaws roll out of the vise on every use; impossible to hold at top or bottom of grip. Ok at holding work that is full size, but useless for the smaller work.
