Love this style of dish for pasta, salads, and take-out Chinese. Dish is shallow but wide which allows for mixing of all the items you add to your dish like in a taco salad without having to worry about spilling stuff off the side like with a plate. I've had bowls with a similar style this for years, but they were not microwavable, so I picked up these so I can use them to reheat leftovers them mix in stuff all in the same dish. Definitely recommend if you like large multi-item salads or even extra sauce on pasta.

These are lovely bowls and plates, but they chip way too easily. Of the eight we bought, 3 are already broken after minimal use over the last 2 months
