Ordered knobs for kitchen and bathrooms. They arrived quickly. Looked great and easy to put on. Ordered 30 pack and only received 27. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent out the other missing knobs. They were most helpful and asked lots of clarifying questions to make sure the correct items were shipped to me. The hardware has some weight, I didn’t expect that. The coating looked good except for one knob, it had what looked like blisters. Other than that, a great product.

These cabinet pulls are substantial but not extremely heavy. The shape of the pull itself makes for easy opening and closing of both drawers and doors. They are modern. The matte black has a presence of its own and does not show scratches easily. Purchased on multiple occasions and happy everytime.

I installed them as soon as they arrived and I was very pleased so I ordered more. I was lucky and could bypass some of the noted screw concerns as my existing screws were compatible so I was able to use them, but I'd be surprised if you are ordering these as replacements if you weren't lucky too. The knobs are shinier than I expected but still blend in with the rest of my other hardware and appliances. Nice size and weight !
