Easy install and works perfectly. A note of caution however:This power supply **replaces** the battery box, meaning that if you lose grid power to your home, your touch-less faucet is completely OFF, unless you turn the manual override (VERY hard to access in my installation) or re-install the battery box and connect it.I decided to leave the battery box in its original location (with batteries) and leave its wire hanging. Should I lose grid power, I only need to disconnect the power supply wire and connect the battery box power. This is MUCH easier than accessing and turning the manual override.

Plug and Play, half the price of the Kohler-branded AC adapter (no doubt just a re-badge of a Chinese mfr'd. adapter). No more batteries to run down.. In batteries' defense, I've only had to replace the 6 AA batteries 3 times since late 2018, so a battery load lasts about 9 months. Adapter's output is rated 8 - 10 Vdc @ 1.0 - 2.0 Amps, the appropriate range the faucet needs (must be above 1.0 Amps, which some these adapters aren't quite capable of). The adapter plugs into your outlet sideways and hangs off to the left of the outlet due to the outlet slot keying (if your outlet is mounted with the ground prong hole under the slots, as 99.9% are). It does not block the outlet's other position.Remember that the faucet goes through a boot up or calibration sequence for ~20 seconds after the AC power adapter or battery pack is connected is connected. It will be able to operate touchless after that.I installed it three days ago, will update my review if any issues.

Very happy to not be using batteries to operate my hands-free kitchen faucet. Easy to install and obviously easy to use.

Good product for the price... comes with an adapter so that it works with Kohler. HOWEVER, make sure you don't rely on the outlet under the sink that's set up for the garbage disposal...it won't work for you. Use the dishwasher outlet if near by.

Purchased as the primary power for our Kohler faucet. There are two parts - the wall wart in the box and the adapter tip. I originally overlooked the adapter which was placed in the shipping bag in my case.The price was a fraction of what Kohler wanted. I double checked the electrical specifications and this unit was the same. I also did a short test of my unit and it was stable power.I recommend you keep the battery pack handy. If you have extended power outages, the faucet will not work. Don't leave the batteries in the pack

I liked this adapter. I ppurchased it for my touchless trash can..it needs to be near an electrical out let. Beats having to keep buying battereis

Works perfectly for my Kohler automatic faucet. No more changing the 6 AA batteries every so often (initial set lasted 9 months).I initially made the mistake of using the outlet next to the garbage disposal. I emailed support they suggested that was a possibility. Sure enough, moving to the other outlet next to the dishwasher did the trick!

Works as designed. The first one I got from another source did not have enough power and gave me a low battery warning. Had it for too long to return. I didn't try it until the original batteries died. Made sure I tried this one. It worked just fine.

Used in the Koehler Mallico faucet from Costco. Works great and it’s nice to be rid of the batteries.
