It has been been about 8 months after my purchase but around month 3-4 one of the three cables I received stopped working. An additional one stopped working at around month 5 but one still works. The material the cables are wrapped on are sturdy and I do think it lengthen the time you can utilize the cables because it won't be wear and tear that keeps these cables from working. Eventually, what seems to happen, is that the cable itself becomes incompatible with the iPhone or simply won't charge at all. Perhaps it is wear and tear but it happens underneath the thick material and it can't be seen and therefore not fixed, but for the price you're paying these should last you long enough and get the job done plus they are rather long.

i received these 6 days ago in the mail. they look nice, they feel nice. flexible and length is great. i don’t worry about tearing the cord, except two have stopped working on me so it’s not quite a worry either way. first one lasted four days, then stopped charging even if it said charging. second did the same but after only 24 hours. i’m on the third now and i hope third time is the charm! so far my battery isn’t dropping so we’re off to a good start.update: the seller contacted me and generously offered me a new pack. So far, outstanding customer service. Am looking forward to the new cables as I am positive they can be a perfect accessory given they all work!update 2: received new pack, they work great and so far no problems (been a week). Thank you for excellent customer service!

HORRIBLE! Save your money and buy a better charger. Firstly, I did not receive the package in time and sent an email to the seller, which never responded back. Secondly, I have used one of the charger for about 10 hours now and it has broken already. My phone keeps on saying "This accessory is not supported" Please avoid the frustration and buy a better charger. Heck, buy an apple charger for a little more money if that means it'll last and function as it should. Have a great day

I must say I am disappointed in this product. While it has a great look and a very durable cord, it has a very loosefitting once plugged into my iPhone and just the slightest movement disconnects the power source. I constantly have to check to see if phone is still charging because even though it’s plugged in it’s not securely connected and doesn’t charge.UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered to replace my cords if I would first remove the negative review. Will not do anything until I remove the bad review.UPDATE: these cords ruined the charging port on my iPhone to wear no other cords would fit properly. The result is my phone would no longer charge and I had to have it replaced. This company is crap do not buy from them!!!

I purchased this item several months ago. All three of the cables have sadly failed. Initially they all functioned as advertised. I have been very careful with them especially after the first failure.I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from the company in less than eight hours. They have offered to replace my defective cables with an updated version and give me a refund for my original purchase. I will give a full report after I have an opportunity to “field test” the updated version. I am very impressed with the professionalism shown. For the prompt response I am upgrading one star.I promptly received the replacement cables and have used all of them and they are performing as advertised. To be fair I can recommend them. They certainly perform as well as Apples cables at a much more reasonable cost. I am upgrading their performance.

UPDATE: got a new pack, they work great now (and they're sturdier than the normal iPhone chargers!). Must've gotten faulty ones because it seems like other people don't have these issues.Pretty much unusable, the charger fits too loose in the ports and is constantly charging then uncharging then recharging again. So I cannot access anything on my phone to my computer, and it takes much longer to charge. Had a lot of hope for these :(

Purchased the (3) 6ft cable for my iPhones. Length is great with the braided cables. Much stronger than standard plastic type. However, one of them have stopped working after 2 months, giving me “device not supported” message. Not happy that this is happening as I need all of my cables to work. I have them in my cars and in my houses. Not a good purchase if these things go bad that quickly!------------------------------UPDATE: received email from customer service that they will ship replacement cables if I change my review. Did that and waiting to see if it happens. They were quick to respond to the review and willing to make things right, which is great. Hoping new wire will work longer then 2 mths.

We have two iphones in the house. They work on one (iPhone 8), but on the other (iPhone 7). The 7 phone rejects them with a message along the lines of "Unsupported accessory" or "Unsupported hardware". I don't remember the exact message but in addition to the message you get no charge symbol at the top and then it doesn't charge. We got another cable and it works with the 7 fine. I attribute this problem to apple, but as they only work with 1 of 2 phones they get 3 stars.
