Third update- the three recplacement cords have already stopped working and it’s been about a week. Don’t buy these! Save your time and your money.Update on the update- the replacement cords seem to work fine so far! If they stop working I will post... again...Update- they are sending replacements and have offered to refund money. I will update again on the new cords if they are improved!If I could leave 0 stars I would. All 3 is these do not work. As soon as you plug your phone in it says it’s charging but it just keeps making the unplugged and then the plugged in sound and it doesn’t charge. Save your money!

I bought these as Christmas presents for my daughters. They were long and rugged just as I expected. After about a month of use, my daughter complained that her iPhone could no longer charge. In fact, the charger wouldn't go into her phone at all. After some detective work, I found what I thought to be a staple in the port which prevented her from inserting anything. Upon further investigation, it was the tip of the charger that goes around the plastic tip that broke off. The iPhone was saved, but that was it for the charger. The other 2 chargers look to be in good condition, but buyer beware. The cords are of great quality, but the heads of the chargers look to be a little inferior. I am, however, satisfied overall with the product considering the price of $10 I paid for 3 chargers.Update: I was contacted by the seller to "update" my review for compensation. (Another charge cord one can only assume) And "I don't even have to send the old one back". -Good, because I threw it away already. Now I'm sure their intention was good to make right on their product, but I won't change my review because you asked me to. That should be done on my own recognizance, not at your request. Once again, the seller did try to recompensate me, but at the expense of my review. Sorry, but now the rating stays because you asked me to change it. Next time send a new cord and then let the buyer decide. Don't ask me to change it and let me hope you'll follow through on your promise of sending a new one. Be happy I don't change the rating to 2 stars.

These cables work great and are tremendously helpful to have around with the extra length and all. Sadly after about 5 months the cables still work but they have begun to be very finacy and will stop charging with slightly adjustment of the cable. A bit of a shame but would still recommend.Update: the previous review turned out to be more of my fault there was lint build up in the charging port (heads up to everyone make sure to clean that thing out occasionally) but for the past few months I’ve been having problems where the touch screen is buggy, I click somewhere and something else gets “magically” clicked and all research on the web says it’s something to do with 3rd party chargers. Didn’t have this problem to begin with but anyway still a pretty good charger overall just wish it didn’t have the problem

I would NOT recommend this product if you're looking for a sturdy and dependable product. They stop working without warning and seem not to hold up to even the lightest bending during travel/commute.When I first received them, I was very happy, they were long and seemed to work just fine. However, after 3 months one after another started breaking. When I plugged them into my iPhone an error message would appear claiming the accessory may not be supported and the battery symbol did not change to indicate that the phone was charging. I left it plugged in and sure enough my phone was not charging. With in the following two weeks, the other two stopped working as well. They are not sturdy and two of them broke after I packed them to take them to work and even though I carefully wrap them into a circle similar to the way they were mailed to me, they still stopped working even though there was no visable damage or kinks to the cables.

Myself initial experience with this product in Nov 2017 was poor, and after 2 months the chargers had all stopped working. Upon reading myself review the seller offered to refund the purchase and send new product that has supposedly been improved. For great customer service, I've revised myself rating to a 3. If the revised product is in fact better quality, I'll update the rating again.

I really like these cables! I used one for my nightstand, one in our guest room, and one in my car. The chord is long enough in my car so if I'm listening to music or a podcast via lighting cable connection to my stereo, I can still hold my phone out the window for a Starbucks barista to scan at the drive thru! It sounds silly, but that was important to me for my morning coffee run so I didn't need to pause or stop an app a different app on my phone to pay at a drive thru with my phone.

UPDATE TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF REVIEW.One worked for 6 weeks another for 4 weeks, the other is still working. Once plugged in they weren’t ever moved around or abused (these were our home chargers) I’m bummed this purchase was a bust; with the cording I was sure they’d last longer. &It’s February 5 & January 31st was the last day for a return. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️UPDATE:Within a few hours of this review, I was contacted by the seller. They were very polite & offered to refund and replace the charger. Thank you. I appreciate that very much. Amazing & very timely customer service! 😄

I purchased these as a gift for my younger sister who lives at home with me because I was constantly getting tired of her borrowing my cords. I have a set from a different company and I must say I like these way more. I absolutely love how fast they charge. It's sleek and very lovely to look at. It doesn't look like your standard usb charging cords. Now I find myself plugging my device in when her plug is out in the livingroom. Such a great investment and the length is awesome.
