I recently purchased the Nikai washing machine and I must say, I am very impressed with its performance. The machine is not only efficient but also very silent, contrary to some of the comments I had read about dancing washing machines. I understand every washing machine has different spinning noise. But that is normal.Before installing, I would suggest removing the four packing bolts from behind and then shaking the drum. If it moves freely, it means there are no bolts left, and the machine is ready to use. It is also important to note that the floor needs to be even for the washing machine, otherwise, it will vibrate. To avoid this issue, I recommend purchasing the four anti-vibration washing machine bush from Amazon, which will keep the washing machine sturdy and prevent it from vibrating.The Nikai washing machine is perfect for a small family and comes at a decent price. It washes clothes very nicely and leaves them feeling fresh and clean. I also has a quick wash function which allows us to wash the clothes in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient washing machine.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and I believe that the Nikai washing machine is an excellent investment for any household.

Making noise, Vibrating, Not draining, Spinner not working properly , quick wash option not working. Completely unhappy with the product.Requested for return and refund.

I bought it for socks, cleaning towels (heavy and light), kitchen towels, shoes.My first use, I used it for 4 hours straight.It does the job, towels come out clean.But the drying spinner had a slight problem, its speed is reduced when you turn it on while you are washing at the same time. I was afraid it will get damaged so i turned it off and waited until the wash is finished and then it worked fine.Would I buy it again? NoIt is a great semi-auto machine with really great quality (stable, no noise, can work for a few hours straight and strong), but I would buy a fully automatic machineIt needs more effort and time, you have to refill water twice at the begining and at the end to wash soap off clothes and after that transfer clothes to the drying spinner. So you need to stay near the machine, which is effort and time consuming and in the process the floor was filled with water.It is more convenient for me to buy an automatic one but for a semi-auto I wouldn`t try anything else highly recommend Nikai`s.

Prior to purchasing this product and I read through some of the reviews which almost discouraged me but I took a chance and what I realised is that most people who gave the product a negative review did not actually read the manual which clearly explained the process of losing the nuts at the back which if not done makes the washing machine vibrates when been used (causing damage to it ) the product was worth the buy and sleek.

Quick wash program not working .. spinner keep rotating.

I trust NIKAI products in general. For this machine, it took me some time to know that I should have removed the SHIPPING BOLTS.After removing the shipping bolts and stabilizing the 4 feet, the machine immediately stopped vibrating. In terms of noise, it is a bit noisier than other reputable brands.

It’s working well.To this who complain about shaking vibrating too much, you need to remove the transport lock so it wont shake.
