Pulled my TJ out of 3ft of mud
I was worried that for the price, the strength wouldn't be there. This is SO MUCH BETTER to work with than steel cable. easy on the hands, easy to move around when you spool out 30+ feet to reach the nearest anchor point. I stressed my 9k warn winch pulling myself out of a mud hole, a fully built TJ, sunk to the floor in mud, suction broke quickly and the rope worked great pulling me out.Takes up more space on the spool, so making sure it winds evenly is more important than it was with the steel cable, but because it is easy to handle this is no big deal. Would buy again and highly recommend.

Good stuff!
Love this stuff. I have made several extension ropes from this that we use when ATV riding. Every single one I have made I hooked to a tree and hooked my kinetic rope and 3500 Duramax pickup to and couldn't break it, so I figure its strong enough for my ATV to hang off of!

Works well.
Changed over from old winch cable. Rope is the way to go. Came with a nice hook. Have tried it on several pulls. Works great. No rough wire to snag hands on. Winds up nicely.

I have not tried it out yet
Hook is nice and big. Rubber bumper is an added bonus. Nylon protective sleeve is coming apart just because I installed it on my winch. I hope the rope holds up to some use as it will get a workout come hunting season in Alaska!

Awesome Alternative Use
So I don't use this as intended- I use it as a high line to tie my horse out in a field that doesn't have fencing. I first tried to use anchor rope, but it snapped after a few months. Figured if my horse could break a line rated for 25k pounds, he didn't need grazing time. Turns out this holds him perfectly. He can pull and lean as he reaches for grass, but the line stays tight and stable.

This rope is 1/4" not 3/16"
I was going to replace the pull cord on my outboard motor with this. It is not 3/16" thick though. We'll see if it still works. The rope is 1/4" thick.

Excellent replacement
I swapped out my OEM metal cable for this rope. It fit perfectly, and so far I have zero issues. Rope has so many advantages compared to steel. It's also very inexpensive.
