Was easy to use. Made the job of installing the privacy fence much easier.

Sturdy
It was more sturdy than anticipated. Easy to use and does a good job. I do find that I would like to be able to get the ties tighter. Unsure if its the tool or the ties. Reasonably priced and solid construction materials, I use it quite often and like it so far.

Fussy to use on small ties.
Works well, except for small ties--very difficult to thread. Will snap small tie at gripper--leaving a 2" tail--if not careful with the amount of pressure exerted.
