The lights are probably excellent value for money and would serve very well in a smaller space. I wanted them to illuminate a room 12' by 14'. The night lights lit about half of the space, fading off into darkness as one approached the corner of the room furthest away, i.e. about 15' distant from the source of light. I shall return them in exchange, if possible, for a more powerful light.

I like this product. It give a fairly bright light which means that you can navigate your way to the bathroom / around the house at night without the need to turn on the main lights. It uses only 0.5W. So you will need to have it on for about 2000 hours (250 days @ 8 hours per night) to consume 1 unit of electricity. 1 unit of electricity (1kwh) currently costs about 50p. Mine is plugged into a 3-way adaptor socket and it works well in this situation. Great for corridors, hallways, porches etc. Buy with the confidence that it will do the job & cost a negligible amount of juice to run.

Bought as a gift so didn’t use myself, but believe they were useful.

Struggling to find these on the high street. Great for leaving on when out at night, lights up my hall without having to put the big lights on when I return to a pitch black house.Great for children that need a light to sleep with...not too bright but bright enough

The media could not be loaded.  The brightness is what I wanted. When I switch off the overhead lights it comes on immediately. It looks quite smart.
