Excellent quality and value for the price. Sharp from the box, but with a bit of polishing on my sharpeners and a few passes on my strop these knives get truly hair-popping sharp. I've been impressed enough that I've now purchased 6 Holtzman knives in total; 2 for gifts and 4 for myself. I use them as an EDC belt knife in a horizontal-carry position. I'm just too lazy to move one knife to each of my 'daily use' pistol belts. Same reason I've got a belt set up for each of my EDC pistols, depending on concealment needs and travel environment.UPDATE: I recently had one of my Holtzman knives arrive missing the Ferrocerium rod. I contacted Holtzman's through their website to request a replacement Ferrocerium rod. All I can say is that their customer service response was way beyond all expectations. Great product, great company, great customer service; what more could one ask for? Their knives also make fantastic gifts and recognition awards.

The media could not be loaded. An excellent value. Feels great in the hand for being a small knife. I wear large gloves and still get a full 3 finger grip on it. Comes very sharp, the G10 scales are finished well and the kydex sheath has great retention. Comes with many carry options. All in a box ready to gift if you don't decide to keep it for yourself.

Very good quality, fit and finish. This is a grab and go item for a hunting trip or camping that you can rely on. Integrated sharpener and fire starter with a nice sheath and multiple mounting options.

I am very impressed. Prior to this I had only one of their knives and it wasn’t all that great, lacking several important functions and with unnecessary attachments or parts like the knife sharpener on the sheath which I can most certainly do without. Although this product has similar features with the sheath; it doesn’t have one big problem with many kydex sheaths and that is a loose fit. Its snug. The blade is perfect, but handle is too small. I will certainly be buying from Holtzman in the future. I would like though for their smaller knives like the neck knives if they would hav an option to have a sheath with the sharpener or not. I’m sure more people would buy if they did do that.

Quality product for the price! For $50 the knife is smooth solid and sharp! Belt clip seems sturdy and decent. Perfect for my EDC!

I tested two of these little neck knives, the drop point and the tanto! I'm very happy with the quality! They came out of the box razor sharp! The weight in hand feels great, and for a small knife it's super handy! I used one exclusively all weekend in camp for cutting string, making Feather sticks, striking(the included) ferro rod, preparing and cutting up my steak for dinner! There's not a better neck Knife in the market for anywhere near this price! I love it!

I was actually disappointed by this knife because I was waiting to get it for a long time and when it arrived I realized how tiny it is. I have small hands and my first 3 fingers barely fit on the handle and the pinky is definitely out there hanging loose which I don't like. So this is definitely a neck knife and not a survival knife, but for a neck knife it takes a LOT of pressure to get into and out of the sheath, so there's no way to deploy this with one hand. Also there was some kind of oily residue on part of the handle and the blade, which was not very sharp; just sharp enough to open boxes. Other than that the construction is solid and I love the matte black blade and the green lines. I just wish it were bigger. Yes, I know there's a bigger version on Amazon but it's $129.

I have several Holtzman knives, and must say this is quickly becoming my favorite. Very sharp and durable blade. Easy 3-finger grip handle. Secure sheath with multiple carry potions. And it looks like $$$$$. Incredible value for the money. And, to top it off, world-class customer service from Nate. Can’t go wrong here!!!!
