Silicone is a flimsy material, yes. But this mold is really thin. I've used this a couple tines now and trying to remove the mold has been frustrating and unsuccessful. None of my other silicone molds are this difficult. When I tried jello, the mold didn't hold its shape. I guess jello is too "heavy" for this mold as it simply flexed out.Not happy with this mold.

Cakes turned out beautiful. Dark edges are not burnt. I put it on a small rack to easily transfer to oven and out of oven. As it's not a pan, baking time may vary from recipe. Use a phone or recoil of cake to judge when it's done. So so many compliments. Even my mom who taught me to bake was impressed.

Don't fill the pan to the top! I'm yet to fully master how best to use this. The silicone material makes it a bit tricky to place in the over after filling with cake batter. We use a pan underneath for assurance from spilling. During the baking process, the silicone may lean, no spilling, but you may have a funky shaped cake. The shapes have been fun, but the most stress is getting the silicone pan into the oven.

Excelente producto, muy buena calidad, fácil de desprender, muy bonito, sirve para horno o congelador. Se marca muy bien la forma y en cantidad es de tamaño mediano!! Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!
