Works as designed.
They did exactly what it was designed to do. Simulate a Displayport device with no monitor attached. I bought more than one.

Works great for headless RDP machines
Son setup a small cluster of Roblox machines to play bee swarm simulator, and without these, the game crashed pretty consistently. With these, he can RDP into any of the machines at any time and the bees are happily collecting pollen. Blue light on the end shows it's on - and they shipped fast.

Works for my RDNA card in my ollama server
Great plugs to have around, RDNA1 has a habit of not spinning fans up or activating higher clock speeds without an “active” display. These fix that issue right up.

Solves a problem with laptop video driver
These work great to overcome the instability issues that Dell laptops have when you remote into one with a closed lid. The LED is a plus. Also works great on micro PC's.

Works well
I used it with remote screen connect. If the PC doesn't have a screen then remote screen connect simply doesn't work and that's what I used them for. They were way cheaper on Aliexpress but that took long time to arrive.
