Eraza Ant Killer Powder, 300 g

Definitely buy this! I had bought cheap powder from a local ant store and it basically slowly poisoned the ants rather than keeping them out. The result was that got into the kitchen in large numbers and slowly went about dieing. I therefore was faced with a kitchen floor populated with vast amounts of ant corpses that I had to sweep up regularly - it was ugly and a massive pain. I bought this powder and haven't seen an ant in the kitchen since - dead or alive :)

Works perfectly.My technique after 10 months of having to perfect it.When I see the starting a of a mound, I scrape the top off to expose the entrance to the nest and the busy ants below. Then pour over some powder. Surface ants dead within minutes and the rest of the nest dead not long after.Best result today with this. 2 massive queens, a bunch of males and loads of workers all just starting out. All dead within minutes of the above.Got a protective barrier round the drains too, the powder stays for ages, it solidifies after some rain, but no noticeable ants there so must be working.Only downside is the dust. Just make sure it's not windy, or you're upwind.

Works ok , but the ant granules are much more effective.

Killed all the ants - no doubt about that. What surprised me was that it left a chalk like residue over the treated areas for over a week now which doesn't look great as I'd put all over a low garden wall. Even after rain it's still there so I'll have to get the pressure washer out.Overall happy with product though and would recommend.

I had a whole nest of six legged freaks winding me up in the garage. Those creepy mofo's, walking tough with their massive body-to-leaf ratios, digging holes everywhere then swarming out on "flying ant day" forcing me inside like a prisoner. Enough was enough. I dosed them with this stuff. Looks a bit like crack. They thought they were getting high, but instead they died. Once more I am safe to leave the house, go in the garage and work safe in the knowledge that the swarm has gone. Great product.

Had a problem with ants nests on my new block-paved drive. The little rascals were building nests in between my blocks and digging up the sand. You don't need to use much of this stuff at all. My technique is to sprinkle a little 'ring of powder' around the nest so that any ant heading in or out of the nest will get some of this powder on them (and once that happens they're a gonner, eventually), and then sprinkle a little on the nest. They'll all come crawling out thinking the nest is under attack and then get covered in the powder that you sprinkled around the nest. It takes from a few hours to a day or so before there's no more activity. Very effective.

Bought 3 tubs when we had around 20 ant mounds in a typical sized lawn, 2 weeks later they all seemed to move home and set up a new tribe a few feet away, second dosage applied, couple weeks later they all moved again, third dosage, now have over 60 mounds and will be buying something that actually kills the blighters. They seem to breed on this stuff, perhaps we just have different ants from those giving it 5 stars. It also blocks incessantly so you either get a large pile or a waft of dust. In my experience complete rubbish and not fit for purpose.
