Use this at least 3 times a week. Put in food turn it on, go to work and done when I’m back. Love it

So far so good and great for slow cooking. Heats up well and two main settings. Hinged lid good idea and this is removable for quick cleaning. Excellent value.

Nothing to dislike works well so far

This is the most basic slow cooker I’ve even purchased, but did so knowingly. I seem to use them almost daily so they only seem to last 12-18 months. This time I decided to look at price not spec, and it does the job. Only thing I would advise people to take into consideration is that it just continues to cook and doesn’t automatically switch to warm after a certain amount of hours and therefore you risk the chance of burning your food.Apart from that, I’m more than happy with it, it does what a slow cooker is meant to do at a low price.

I looked at virtually all the slow cookers available and, in the end, opted for this one. I am so glad I did! To begin with (even though I am a dedicated foodie and gourmet cook), I never before had a slow cooker. I was unaware of the variety of dishes it could be used for. Luddite, I know! However, a friend convinced me to give it a go. Well, I have had it for 3 days now and used it each day. I have made chicken noodle soup, chilli con carne and, for my star turn, my own recipe for slow cooked squid. It triumphed on all fronts. In addition, it is the perfect size for feeding anywhere from 3-4 people for a main course, more if using to make a starter.Having read the reviews, I noticed some people were dubious about the hinged lid. I love it. It is easy to use, lightweight and seals well.Delighted, too, that the outside of the crockpot never gets too hot to touch, even when it has been on for 6 hours. It appears to be well made, and I like the keep warm function.This is a star! (Well, 5 stars, actually!).

Very fast despatch. Good product. Especially like the hinged lid as on a previous slow-cooker the lid broke because moisture weakened the handle holding the glass leading to it smashing when it was taken off.

Easy to use and heated up quickly.Nice to have a hinged lid.I have cooked joints of pork and beef in it and they were tender and very tasty.Love it!
