The Best Design I've Tried
In the last year, I've tried several types of posture brace designs and discovered through trial-and-error which ones work best. While much depends on individual body shape and size, the designs without a full length back just don't do much. In order to provide adequate tension against the shoulders, a brace must have a solid base to anchor it around the abdomen- one tight enough to prevent it from sliding up and relaxing the shoulder straps. This model with a full-length back and reinforcing rods is the most comfortable and effective one I've used. However, I did have to order a second one in a smaller size to get the right fit. I'm a man with a 30" waist size, so initially, I went with the medium (based on the chart). It worked, but after a week I decided the abdomen wrap was too loose even when pulled to its tightest position. I ordered a second one in the small size and it is much better. I noticed that the packaging info has a chart that lists small as 27"-32" which actually seems more accurate. I'm not sure why the one on Amazon is different. Regardless, I'm very pleased with the smaller one. The lower wrap stays put as I move and keeps a consistent tension on my shoulders. It's also a little less bulky and easier to wear under my dress shirts. I start with a poly/lycra compression tee shirt and wear the brace over it. The polyester provides a slick surface that prevents the straps rubbing and creating hot-spots. To me, the base tee is essential for making it comfortable enough to wear consistently. The bottom line is that this brace (in the right size) works well and I'd definitely recommend it.

Needs to be a size extra small available
I bought this because I have been having back pain at work, and I notice I slouch a lot. This is probably from my scoliosis. My curve was not bad enough for me to qualify for a brace or surgery, so I had to deal with it on my own. I ordered the smallest size because I am petite. I'm 5'2" and 115lbs. The small is not small enough though. I had to be a little creative with putting it on. The stomach portion is held in place by the two thin straps from the back. To keep those in place, I have to wrap one over the other, and the top one velcros onto the bottom one. So far I feel like it's working. My shoulders are pulled back and I can feel myself sitting up straighter while sitting on my bed. I'm hoping this will help my back from hurting at work and will also correct my posture and keep my spine from getting worse.

Happy customer!
I decided that I really needed to start working on my posture because I spend most of my time typing on a computer at the office and I don't have a fancy standing desk. After a little bit of research, I stumbled across this posture corrector, read some of the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I'm about a 32 inch waist, so I ordered the Medium size since it gave me a little extra room to work with. Well, it turned out to give me a little too much room to work with. So I contacted customer service and was very impressed with their response time and ability to resolve the issue. They sent me a smaller size and didn't even make me mail back the original device! I've worn it for a couple weeks now and can definitely tell the difference. It is a little bit bulky, so you can't exactly wear it under a t-shirt without going unnoticed. But luckily I wear a uniform that allows me to wear this underneath without being obvious (not that I really care, but the questions could get annoying). It's pretty sturdy and helps provide that gentle reminder to stand or sit up straight. Overall, I'm happy with the product and the customer service!

The last clavicle I bought smelled like gasoline and it was so cheap
I work all day at my computer and my back hurts by the end of the day. This clavicle support helps me keep my posture straight and helps reduce that lower and upper back pain. The last clavicle I bought smelled like gasoline and it was so cheap. I returned it and got this one as it promoted no smell and had breathable fabric. It is very high quality and no smell. It does not get hot while I wear it at all. I also like the metal bars in the back that help make me feel more back support. Highly recommended for those who sit at their desks all day for work or even gaming.

Revised: Turns me into a hunchback
I initially thought well of this. I like the soft metal supports on either side of the spine, and it is one of the only spine braces that is long enough. However the two straps need guide loops along the bottom overly-Velcroed band that cinches together at the lower waist. Aside from having too much Velcro and not enough guides for the shoulder straps, it keeps riding up, no matter how tightly I cinch the waist. DON'T WEAR A NYLON TSHIRT as some have advised: you will within 20 minutes appear to have a significant spinal deformity. Pure cotton tshirts work better, but there is still a major problem. I suspect there needs to be a soft but strong flap that extends from the back middle edge looping over the groin and then attaching in front, in an easily adjustable way. Otherwise it can't help but ride up.
