These seats are tremendous and very competitively priced. They take inspiration from existing race seats - most notably the RECARO "Speed V" seats - which generally cost 75% more.Indeed, the RECARO's may be better but despite any superiority they may claim, they are a premium product that is not a financially justifiable option for most. The IKONs, on the other hand, offer a very respectable option for everyone.I used these IKONs to replace the original leather seats of a 1999 BMW 5-Series (E-39). Unlike the original seats, the mechanism of the IKON's is manual and simple. I much prefer this. Regarding comfort, I find them very comfortable. I also added headrest pillows to mine.The only downside is that there is no option to raise and lower these seats once installed. They seat at a normal height but if one wants these seats higher, longer screws and spacers are the solution - if not simply a cushion.Also, I highly recommend buying brackets made specifically for your car, for the "universal ones" were totally incompatible in my case.I bought the brackets made by Planted Technologies. Although I still needed to modify them a little by drilling two holes and replacing the original rear socket head screws with hex head screws in order to tighten them from the side, it was perfect.Note: Pull out the cable from the original seat and replug it to floor and the seat belt buckle. That way the seatbelt light can continue working as before.

The seats have a lovely design on them. These racing seats for me are ideal because I daily my 350z. Comfort and value on these seats is worthy of 5 stars. The stars is for the relatively difficult ease of install. The parts were fine but this being my first time made it interesting.

I installed these in my 370Z. I went with these because when I bought the car, the set of seats in the car were from the same company but a different style, those were not comfortable at all and had to go, but to be safe I stuck with the same company because they fit nicely in the car. After installing these I will say I found issues with this set, as well as the set already installed on the car, both seats had terrible TERRIBLE brackets and adjusters, I mean moving the seat forward or backward is insanely difficult and just does not work well, if you’re cool with setting it in one position and never touching it, then you’re fine, but if other people drive your car and adjust your seat, it will be a nightmare. With that said, installation was easy and straightforward, easy to remove too. Another bad note is the new seats are a bit tight on the back of the thigh area. For the price, these seats are nicely built, the stitching is nice, the various colors and materials are a bonus since you have a variety of options, I just had to let people know about these brackets because they’re just god awful. I thought about welding the adjuster to the brackets in hopes that they would work better but as of today I haven’t touched or adjusted the seats.If I had to buy seats again (if for some reasons the poor quality brackets broke) , I probably won’t buy from this company again.

Outside of the staples which give a cheapish look underneath but is pretty common use in upholstery... the seat feels too nice, looks amazing and is solid.... I was hesitant to buy based on some of the reviews but honestly I'm in love with them. The leather feels great and it has a great quality feel.. for $400 ish pair I feel like was a bargain

Chairs look great and have a good material but the frames don’t hold up. I’ve bought a pair and the driver seat frame sheared on it within a couple months. I was sent a replacement and it has now done the exact same thing.

I shoehorned these into my 79 Fiat 124 2000.Pros:The seats are pretty Good. Soft, nice color and decent padding. Includes all nuts and bolts. Sliders are robust and well lubedCons: sliders worse I've ever worked with. Left and right do no set equal in length. Slide locks do not stop at same point. The sliders unlock "U" shaped adjustment handle is very poorly made, easily comes off sliders.But that brought it down to 4 stars.3 stars because 3 of 8 tapped mounting threads had to be rethreaded 8mmx 1.25. Soft metal. Bolt went in 1/4" then started cross-threading. And it was on a bench.Lastly, these are really tall. My bad though because my 72 year old eyes misread it as 36" not 38".Are they worth the $$$, if they had better quality control...maybe yes.I came really close to sending them back. I just never give up.

Picked these up for my 99 C5 corvette. Made the mistake of mixing up Beige and Brown when jumping between devices and then my dumb butt ordered 2x Beige sets of seats. Company was pretty darn good about handling the mixups and I appreciate that.Seats are pretty good overall. A little tall though. I may remove and try and redo them to reduce the height a bit. Shorter bolts would allow you to do this, provided ones require spacers it would seem.The seats are definitely a bit narrow so for long drives for heavier set folk these will NOT be comfortable. If you are on a budget trying to make your car more sporty though, these legit work!I installed these into a 1999 C5 Corvette. I also utilized C6 seatbelts. Overall, a major improvement at my next two track days with the seats.Would I buy these again though? Probably not. Something a bit more legitimate and certified would be preferred.
