2 of my dogs use these and they are pretty sturdy. They fit my German Sheppard mix and my Staffordshire Terrier well, both different size dogs, but there are a lot of size options as far as adjusting these.

I have a pair of Great Pyranees on long runs at night behind and next my poultry pens to deter predators. One night a large predator must have come around because "Bumble" broke a standard collar trying to get it. I found him on my porch the next morning.These are wider and more comfortable and the dogs seem to like them better than the standard thinner ones. The other night a pack of coyotes went down the other side of the pen and ran into "Yeti", he managed to get a hold of a few of them before we got out there to see them all running away. He was pulling HARD trying to follow and the collar stood up beautifully, no damage to it and he wasn't even getting breathless from it choking him, which I contribute to it's width. With a standard thinner one he would have been out of breath. If they can stand up to an angry 120lb Pyranees defending it's home it will stand up to whatever you got.

The collar is good but the size isn’t right. Got the L & the M. Neither fit my pit bull at 8 months! But he may grow into it, I hope. lol god material bet tough! My pit tried chewing through it multiple times. The Worst he could do (while teething) is cause some fraying , a few stitches strayed. But nothing really can hurt this Collar!! It’s undeniably strong (like my pit) purchase this collar if u have a big knucklehead bestie for life!!
