20 Seeds ''CAROLINA REAPER'' Chili -WORLD RECORD CHILLI PEPPER- OVER 2.000.000 Scoville

I have bought lots of seeds for reaper chillies. Over priced and have never had one germinate. Waste of time, effort and money.

The seeds germinated easily enough but then... They are NOT Carolina Reaper plants they are Birds Eye Chillis. I was ripped off. Avoid dissapointment don't purchase these seeds.

The product was not what I ordered. Instead of getting Carolina Reaper chilli seeds, I got seeds for some breed of common finger chilli.The seller will have known about this as they had even provided the correct picture of a Carolina Reaper chilli plant in the product description, which they SHOULD have extracted the seeds from.I wanted the novelty of owning a Carolina Reaper for its rarity and spiciness, and instead I had spent (and wasted) many months cultivating seeds only to find disappointment once the plants had fruited.Do not buy from this seller.The 5 star reviews for this product are from individuals that managed to grow a chilli plant, but had not waited until the plant had fruited (and were therefore unaware their plants were not what they ordered too). Never take the recommendation of a user that has not allowed the plant to flower and produce fruit.Edit: I have contacted support to remove this product, however, this has not yet happened. For those in the same situation as myself, please report this to Amazon support.

Tried to grow them this year, seeds germinated fine, but didn’t start producing fruit until it was to late, think these may be more suited to hydroponics rather than the great British outdoors

Sowed them, didn't really care for them as I should, as a consequence only a couple germinated.Those that did germinate were crazy hot though. I bought these to grow on the window at work hoping my colleagues would eat them as an act of bravado. In the end I had to warn them in very strong terms NOT to eat these as they are super hot. Thankfully my friends are stupid and a fair few of them ignored my warnings and ate one anyway.Great memories are made by watching your friends suffer the horrendous after effects of the Carolina Reaper - it goes on all day regardless of how much milk they drink. Made all the better by being able to say " I TOLD you not to eat that!" and "What did you think was going to happen?" throughout.Didn't use for cooking - too hot for me.

I bought these seeds over a year ago and they failed the first year.I managed to save a couple of plants though for this year which have grown very well BUT... and it's a big but!... they are NOT carolina reapers. After well over a year of excitement, I feel really let down and disappointed. Obviously it's nice to see things grow in your garden. But I expect it to be what it says on the packet. Especially as I was meant to use them for making a hot sauce for a celebratory friend. I have no choice to but give this product one star!

Grew them but didn’t find them to be really hot

I planted 10 seeds and 7 germinated so good result. I now worried for my life once they are ready to eat. I'm scared about ring sting lol
