I have purchased this item three different times and each has had the same issue. Once the initial charge runs out you aren’t able to recharge it, no matter how much troubleshooting you do. The initialCharge lasts an unbelievably long time so you don’t realize there is an issue until you finally need to recharge which is usually close to when the warranty expires. Bizarre really because the it does provide a noticeable difference in fine lines and wrinkles, but will not recharge. I’ve given up on it. It is definitely a design flaw as this is the third time buying this product in a 4 year span. Too bad that they don’t address the flaw. I’ve found similar complaints on various sites. One handy person was able to take the device apart and fix the flaw; unfortunately I am not handy and shouldn’t have to tear it apart to get it to work.

Admittedly I am a sucker for skin care products. I bought the two probe device and it was a waste of money not to mention a pain to use. So I purchased this product to give it a try. I like the way this one works so much better. It's much easier than using two hands. I'm old so whether it's really making much of a difference is still up for debate but I like the way my skin feels afterwards and it's easy to use.I did read a review where someone said they kept charging the device and it didn't work months later. I'm waiting until it needs to be charged to charge it. Hopefully I won't have any issues.

I've been using it for almost a month now, daily and I can see some improvement. My face looks a bit firmer. I took a picture on the first day. I'll wait until the end of the month to make sure the results are evident and I will post an update.

I purchased the Mini NuFACE exactly 2 months ago and as of today it no longer works. Just stopped working. Since I am outside the return window I can’t return it. Very frustrating.

While it does improve skin tone and firmness and I like to use it, it is not charging now. I have left a email with the customer service at Nu face. It is frustrating waiting for a response since they don’t take phone calls.
