Very fast
I'm using this 2TB Samsung 990 PRO as the only storage device on my PC and it's extremely fast. Programs and games open instantly! If you're looking for speed, I recommend using the 990 PRO as the sole storage device for everything.

Decent speed
I recently upgraded my main drive to this ssd and so far I'm able to utilize the speed upgrade from my previous drive and the space available.Software and games loading time is now much less than usual.

High performance & runs cool
It's very fast & runs cool. I used it in my laptop. I prefer being cooler over the higher performance. This is perfect choice. Once I notice the performance & temperature ordered the 2nd one.

Very fast, several times during the benchmark speed test the temperature rose to 69 degrees Celsius.Very happy with the device.

Good quality but issues with the warranty in the Middle East
i bought this SSD from Amazon.ae and tried to register it on Samsung account I have. I was unable to do it and as such I've sent an email to Samsung customer center.Their response was: "Kindly accept our sincere apologies regarding the issue you are facing, noting that the SSD hasn't been launched in the Gulf region. So, there is no support can be provided related to it, unfortunately. We recommend you referring to the place of purchase directly for further support and help."Hence, "5 year limited warranty" it's only a story!!! Let's hope that the SSD will work fine for the next 5 years and I don't need to claim warranty from vendor.I've installed it in a M.2 SSD enclosure and I've used a software to format it as it was not recognized. Now it's working.As it is used as an External SSD, even Samsung Magician was unable to offer any kind of improvements or details about it (Peformance Benchmark, Diagnostic scan, Performance optimization of Over Provisioning). It was only able to see the model of the enclosure, but unable to see the SSD model, nor the SN. I hope that this is a bug of the Samsung magician, not of the SSD itself, even if in the Help of said software, this SSD model it is listed with all the functionality as "available".
