A really well made and easy to use piece of kit and excellent value at the price. I'm using it to see if the claims made about doing regular grip exercises leading to reduced blood pressure are really true. But it would be equally useful if you just want to build up your grip strength and holding capability. The dynamometer comes in a really fancy box, complete with padded satin lining, which is great for storing the device when not in use.

A nice devise, works well and is ecconomically priced. As a personal trainer I found it handy, not only for myself but as an encoragement for my clients. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the fact that it tries to rotates in the hand at maximum grip due to the smooth hard plastic of the handle, even though the grip adjustment is set correctly.The answer was simply to wrap racket anti-grip tape around the handle. this has made as much as a 10kg difference in the maximum grip reading and makes it far more comfortable to use.

Very solidly made and, if used regularly, it not only measures the strength of your grip but will also exercise and strengthen most of the muscles in your arms. Just see which muscles tense up when you are using it. It's easy to use. Once you have got the hang of setting it up for multiple users when it will tell each individual user whether their grip has strengthened or weakened since the last time they tested it which is a good incentive to keep exercising with it it. That said, it may be a good idea to to register each hand as a separate "user" since your left and right hand may not have the same grip and need to be assessed independently. All in all, a very good and useful device..

Very good device. 90 kg range will cover almost all but the ultra strong, I work with 44 kg kettlebells and score only 68... Hence don't worry about the range most likely it will be enough....

A great value hand dyno. Easy set up and switching between users. Loads of stored readings.I guess it must be pretty accurate as I cannot get it over about 52-3 Kg. And I have a decent grip.Readings are consistent too.Seems strong and well made. Should last a fair while.Overall, good piece of kit. Buy with confidence. Recommended.David

Works exactly as you'd expect, menu and set-up functions are very easy to figure out, and tests your strength quite accurately, very pleased. Only downside is the plastic handle can be a little harsh on your hands as the whole aim is to squeeze it as hard as you possibly can for several seconds, and the tough plastic handle can 'dig' into your fingers a bit and can hurt a little, so a soft foam grip over the plastic would have definitely helped. But maybe it just depends on the persons hand as mine is quite bony and petite, but you can adjust the handle position up & down to adjust it to fit your grip width which can help a little, if it hurts a bit then maybe wearing a glove would soften that impact. However apart from all that it's a very solid quality construction and does a great job.

Interesting to know what my grip is like. Also a fun challenge to your friends to see how you all compare. Im pretty pleased with my 75kg score, but I have no idea how accurate that is, seeing as Ive never been professionally tested.Easy to use and is adjustable for different hand sizes

The device arrived quickly, well packaged and as described online.The Dynamometer is well constructed and sturdy enough to take a little rough handling.I’m using the meter to plot my hand grip improvement following regular training with a smaller, more portable hand grip device.I’ve yet to calibrate the Dynamometer with a known weight but I’ve little reason to doubt its accuracy.My only minor irritation (minus one star) is that the instructions for recording measurements could be made clearer in the enclosed paperwork.Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase. 4.5 stars.
