Quality not good it is not bound properly it is broken

Adulterated cow ghee
The battis contain adulterated material instead of pure cow ghee as it blackened the holding lamp. Other better items are available

Too much Carbon/Soot
Very poor Quality. Too much black smoke and smells bad. Spoke to their customer service but they are in complete denial, say it has passed all quality checks but valueable feedback taken seriously. What kind of non sense is this. Would like to know what quality checks it has passed? Planning to post video ans send the product for Lab checking.

It is not cow ghee. It is made of candle(maham) material. Quality very poor.
