Had 7 keys on my laptop that worked intermittently. Ordered this replacement, Fits perfectly! Easy install after looking at youtube as there were no instructions. Works great!

Works as described. Easy to install. No tools really required on a Latitude 3550 - just pry up and pop off the keyboard and plug in the new one and snap it back on.

Exactly what I need to fix bad keys on my Latitude 3560. My old keyboard had a backlight and this one does not, but that's OK with me. Easy to replace if you've taken apart laptops before. You have to unscrew the back, pop out the keyboard, then there are more screws under the keyboard. All keys work well!

Was really concerned about buy this inexpensive aftermarket keyboard for a friend's laptop. It took minutes to install and every key works as it should. I highly recommend this item. Great Value.

The keyboard came damaged and lacks backlight, which wasn't mentioned at all, some keys are unresponsive, and I was denied a return or reimbursement. Don't buy this product

I initially thought this was ok until I realized the space key didn't work properly. The ends of the space key do not work. It only works in the dead center which is extremely frustrating when all your words run together, and you spend more time correcting than typing. I sent it in for an exchange thinking it was just a fluke. Second keyboard did the exact thing even worse. I bought a different brand, and it works perfect finally.
