I found the design where you have to tighten a bolt to fix the length to be fundamentally flawed. The extended bar is held at the desired length only by the friction generated by tightening this bolt to a metal plate within. This kept coming loose and I ended up stripping the thread from the metal plate trying to secure it. This lasted less than 2 months. I picked up a BV Bike Kickstand instead which has a horizontal latch to adjust the length, requires no tools, and—since the horizontal bar of the latch acts against any vertical movement—it's far more sturdy and reliable. My advice is to avoid kickstands which use a bolt to set the length like this WisFox one.

Ordered this for my Carrera 2 mens bike. Relatively simple to install, although you have 3 screws and two bits of padding to deal with so it took a couple of attempts.Once on though, it is great. Very sturdy, smooth action to lift and set, Would definitely recommend.

The bike stand arrived quickly and was easy to fit. I needed a sturdy stand for my electric bike which is quite heavy. The original stand supplied with the Cyclocity Revolver bike was too flimsy. I tried a centre stand similar to the ones fitted to most Dutch electric bikes but that didn't work. This stand is just the job and is adjustable in length so you can set the angle of the bike when the stand is down. Very pleased so far.

There were no instructions in the box, but with a supplied set of Allen keys it was pretty easy to figure out how to fit it.It was quite tough to tighten the bolts back up and when I first thought I was done, when I stood the bike up, the stand seemed to move. I then found the bolts could tighten up more. So definitely go back and forth between them as one tightens the other one will go in more.The angle of the stand didn't seem big enough but the bike stands up fine. I didn't adjust the length, seemed fine as the default length.

This is a good, simple but functional bike stand which fully supports my 22kg e-bike. It is easy to fit and can be shortened/lengthened to suit the bike and adjust its lean. Also impressed to find allen keys included too. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

First: A side kickstand actually works better than one centered between the pedals as your feet never accidentally bump into it while you're pedaling & you can spin the pedals freely to test your bike while it's tilted up on the kickstand. The WisFox stand works great. Never had an issue with it, it's adjustable but sturdy & fits well.

This is easy to fit to a bike with the tools supplied (2 allen keys) and I have bought two to fit to two bikes.As a kick stand it works well and supports the bike, but you do need to ensure you get your stand length and position on the frame right for your bike so it stays upright and is out of the way when cycling.
