Arrived on time. In fact a couple days early. Assembly was very easy and straight forward a friend and myself assembled it in less the 2 hours. Checked the oils added fuel and started right up. Only a couple issues, the chain guard was bent and broke but easy to fix for me anyway. The other thing is the Battery they sent with it was to big, the seat would hit it and not latch. I have a smaller battery I put in it. Over all really nice ATV for the money.

I have purchased this ATV since march of 2023. Right out of the box, the ATV arrived damaged. Within the first few hours of use it has given me nothing but problems. Ive had countless warranty parts thrown at this ATV and they just keep on breaking one after another. Ive never seen such a poorly designed ATV in my life. These guys cant even weld straight, the frame is all out of line as well. Material is very cheap and poor. As of right now ive been trying to repair my ATV for the past 6 months! and barely put under 10 hours of time on it. Not to mention this seller or group, whatever you want to call them, must be outsourced outside the USA. they clearly don't understand English, have terrible communication, have send me numbers wrong parts and USED parts as well. I don't know if its just me, but this is my worst Amazon purchase ever made. Will try and fight it out with amazon to see if they can do anything about it so i don't end up getting struck with a pile of scrap metal!

I bought this for light trail riding and it has not let me down yet. Not sure how extreme I could get with it but it seems like it's a solid bike. Solo install was simple enough to do at the end of a dirt driveway at night with a flashlight.Make sure you have no low lying branches for delivery truck or they will drop it off at the street.That's my only complaint.

I was skeptical at first but it was an easy assembly. I wish there were written instructions or at least a video with sound. I gave it to my son after testing it out and it rides great. It could idle a little better and the throttle/accelerator on the handle bar could be a little more responsive but it is great for a beginner. My son loves it!

Although the shipping was fairly fast, there were a bunch of issues cosmetically and within the motor that cause me to write this review.Firstly, the outside packaging was good until you got to the product. For starters it is not the same color ways it shows in the product pictures, and it came all dinged up with the paint missing in spots of the frame and the fairings are damaged (looks like something heavy was ontop of it for a long time, leaving permanent indents)Secondly, after we had assembled the atv per the instructions and video, it did start right up. As we were running through the gears to make sure everything was working and correct, we noticed that both forward and reverse gears were grinding horribly and the reverse gear was just not working at all. Checking to make sure that it was not a user error, we tried it multiple times and it still made an awful noise and does not engage in reverse.I'm usually not one to write bad reviews but with spending so much money on something, it should not have damage and should operate correctly.
