Very useful product...
These make the process of building a router table top much easier. Just cut the hole the shape of your router plate all the way through the top and add these. I just threw them up there and screwed the in but one of the holes didn't line up. Had to move that one. My own mistake but it was a easy fix

Saves frustration to get it leveled
I sold my old Grizzly table saw and with it went to router table and storage cabinet. With my new table saw, I had to build another router table. I had my big Hitachi router fixed to a 1/2” plexiglass plate but no table. So I started building my fourth router table. In the past I would cut the hole in the table smaller than the plate, the rout a rabbit to fit the plate. Using various leveling techniques to get the plate perfectly level with the plate. Generally it’s a tedious, time consuming and frustrating task. I bought these corner adjustment gadgets that eliminated much of the frustration getting it level and the construction is simplified. Just trace the outline of the plate on your table. Drill a hole for your jig saw and saw close to the outline. Double sided tape stick straight boards to the outline and use a pattern bit to rout to the line. Clean up the corners and install these corners from the bottom. Drop your router and plate into the hole. It should fit perfectly and resting on eight adjustable set screws. Just use the set screws to level the plate with the table. Once you have it level you can then screw down the plate to the table to lock everything together. No shimming, taping or making your own screw adjustment system. For the price, I know that plate is level and if it ever need adjusting, it’s a simple turn of a screw.

Simplify your router setup
This works very well with the Kreg router insert plate. These plate levelers simplify the process of building a shop made router table by eliminating the requirement of making a rabbit or ledge to rest the plate on. You can still use these with a rabbited opening but it is not required.

Kreg always has a solution
I built my own router table and needed a better way to level my router plate. These under table levelers are built really well. They fit my table perfectly and provide a perfect adjustment. Others were priced higher but you can’t beat the value you get for the price of Kreg hardware.

Easier than precisely routing a ledge ......
This is a great and easy way of mounting and leveling the router table insert. I found that the easiest way to use these is to place the table, face down on a flat surface after the opening is routed out. With the insert plate dropped into the opening, mount/levelers in each corner then screw down the leveling screws to just touch the back of the plate. This does assume, of course, that the table itself is flat - check it first! Now you just turn the table back over and attach the plate to the levellers.I've always been a little concerned about the potential for deflection in the phenolic plate so, once I'd mounted the levellers and with the insert plate still in place, I added some quarter round to each side of the cutout more as a precautionary measure than out of need.

A nice way to mount a router plate
This system made installing a router plate on my new router table a cinch. Instead of having to leave corner wood supports to support the plate in my plywood base, I was able to remove the entire subsection under the plate making for an easy installation. I think I installed the leveling pins upside down as it seemed easier to turn the leveling screw from the top than from underneath the table to level the plate (removing and replacing the plate to fine tune it). It would be even easier if the studs they provide for this had an Allen head socket on each end. This way the levelers could be adjusted from the top and bottom. Instead, they only have the adjustability on one end of each stud leveler. There is enough reach for these levelers to work up to the 1 1/2" thickness of my base, but probably no more than that as the levelers would be too short. All in all they seem like a nice way to make a job easier.Hope this helps.
