I get my husband these wooden type puzzles as gifts periodically. He really enjoys them but usually has them together in a few hours. This one actually took him a couple days. Very cool little toy when assembled. Doesn't take up much space.

I love building things so this was fun. I really enjoyed building this marble coaster.

I got this for my wife not realizing how complicated and detailed the build was. She took one look at the instructions and asked me if the gift came with assembly.How hard is it? I have no trouble with Lego Technic kits, flatpack furniture, or small woodworking projects, and this took me several evenings and one afternoon to complete. The pieces are fragile and it's tricky to even get them out of the frames to assemble them without breaking any. I broke one but a tiny bit of wood glue and careful repair overnight and I was able to continue.I'd rate the instructions a 7 on a scale of 1-10. If you are extremely careful at every step they can be followed and the project can be completed. There are some diagrams and pictures that aren't easy to interpret at a glance, and at nearly ever step you need to take a lot of care to make sure every single aspect of each piece is aligned in the right direction. If you find you're having to force anything, you've got it wrong. I missed a fairly large, important piece doing the main body assembly and had to go back and undue some assembly to get back to it.Once completed, if you've been careful, it does work. It's fragile. This is not a kid's toy. It's mostly going to be a display piece, but with a gentle touch it does work the way it should.

The pieces are hard to get off the sheet. Be very careful. Pieces have a right sides, up, down, left and right and easy to mess up. The whole thing put together is not large and took a while to get it done. You need good lighting and is easier if you have craft tools to use, like tiny needle nose pliers and tweezers. We used long toothpicks to put it together first to make sure it was aligned and right before glueing it together. It all worked and is cute. Not for young kids.

It was a great gift for someone who loves wooden puzzles. I would for sure buy it again.

Got this for my bf and he had an amazing time putting it together! Make sure to take the blue film off the plastic parts first!

I really like the way it looks but to flimsy I had to glue another of parts together.

It is a good one.
