Thoughtful gift
Most of the time when you see these you think sand in some way or another. I actually put soybeans in mine.. my grandfather was a farmer through and through and before his passing he was farming soybeans (which he had done most of his life). He gifted me some soybeans one of the last times I had seen him. I chose to not eat them, and put them in multiple of these glass heart containers and gifted my mom and grandma the soybeans from my gmpas last harvest. I guess what I am trying to say is that they are versatile and can be used for more than sand.
