Wish I had this a long time ago. It heats evenly... even though it lays over one large and one small burner. The pan heats up and cooks pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, etc. perfectly. It cleans easily, too. It's worth taking care of and it will last for many years to come. It's solid and heavier than a lighter weight pan, but just not as heavy as the cast iron, thank goodness. Such excellent quality. I'm 69 and have used many pans in my lifetime. I love this!

You can tell by just picking the pan up that the construction and materials are quality, but the details are what makes it. The shape of the handles makes it extremely easy to handle (get yourself some silicon grips if you haven’t already). Not only does it have a drip tray around the edges, but the corners have pour spouts, which is a really thoughtful touch. I love using it to cook a bunch of bacon at once, and if the oven is more your jam, you can put it in there too. I’ve used it to roast vegetables or cook fries as well.Side note: this is an unsponsored review, I just heavily rely on reviews to help guide my choices and thought I would return the favor

This is a good griddle and does not warp, but the handles are no use and they really get in the way. I am going to cut mine off. Also, the griddle has a 1" gully all the way around to collect grease from bacon, which reduces the cooking surface. If you are using the griddle to cook things such as onions or peppers it's a real downer because they will fall in there and be hard to get out. I use a metal spatula on it and the coating holds up with no problem. The heat distribution is awesome with only a minor temp difference in the middle, as you would expect.

I hesitated to buy any griddle, after reading review after review and always finding something negative, but I decided to go with this one and I am so glad I did! I will say that I have a flat surface electric old stove and was looking for a griddle that would sit flat on top of it. This one works perfectly and the heat distribution is fantastic! It cooks eggs, pancakes, everything perfectly. It is so easy to clean as well. I will say that the handles do get hot, and I knew that based on what I read from another reviewer. I only use the handles to place the griddle on top of the stove before using it and after letting it cool down after use, which you are technically supposed to do before washing it anyway so it doesn't really matter as long as you are aware that they get hot. I would actually give this 4 1/2 stars if it was an option, but only because the handles get hot. Other than that it is GREAT and I love it, so if you don't mind the handles this is a great option that I would highly recommend.

I bought this since I love my other stainless steel Viking pots and boi it did not disappoint! I use this for almost everything.. pancakes, tortillas, taquitos, enchiladas, pan fried chicken, kebabs, and grilled chicken.Sometimes ill look up recipes to make on a skillet just so I can use it. The non stick coating works like a charm and I love that the sides slope down so it can catch the excess oil or burnt pieces.Super easy to clean, the bottom does get stained from our gas flame but idgaf! Im not using the skillet for the bottom side plus you never see that side anyways!!Also the handles do get HOT so don’t try and use them while cooking, i just put that thing in the oven after cooking so no one gets hurt. Not a downside for me but it may be for you.:)

Unbelievably non-stick. Amazing pancakes. Been using for months now. This is one of those purchases that is so shockingly good, I have to add to my gift-giving list; Mom’s getting one for sure.

When I unpacked this griddle, I thought I would have to return it. My stove top is an electric stove with smooth, glass surface. I needed a smooth bottom griddle for the bridge element; a picture of the bottom of the griddle was not posted. My heart sank when I saw that there was a slight ridge on the bottom perimeter and that the griddle did not rest directly on the bridge. I decided to see how it worked before returning it, however. To my great delight and surprise the griddle worked extremely well. I have fried bacon and eggs on it for two mornings in a row. Additionally, I grilled a cheese and ham sandwich. It works well at a moderately low heat and will burn food if the heating elements are turned up. I think it will pass the pancake test tomorrow. I have already decided this griddle is a keeper. Sooooo...if you have an electric stove with a smooth ceramic or glass top, the griddle will work on a bridge element. My guess is that it will work exceedingly well on a gas bridge element too. The handles are a little awkward. They are shaped just like the Viking roasting pan I own. They are manageable so do not be deterred.

The nonstick is great, it's very thick and sturdy I don't feel like it would ever warp, and it sits perfectly flat on my ceramic cooktop. The heat is very nice and even. I would recommend this to anyone.
