The app is very good and I have set top up to roll over ...
I don't understand all the negative reviews. After failing once because of a security check against my bank details, this fob has worked flawlessly in multiple locations. I have spent £100 since the first purchase without a single hiccup. Quite often I can tell the cashier is curious about what I am using to pay with! The app is very good and I have set top up to roll over when I dip below £30. It was all very intuitive. The only slight I have against this thing is that I only have two years before I will need an alternative.

A lot of convenience for a reasonable price.
I picked this thing up on Black Friday, so unlike a lot of complainants here I only paid a measly £10 for this product - and for the money, I'm really impressed.I cannot believe how easy this thing was to set up - the system comprises of two parts, the fob (which is essentially just an empty piece of plastic) and the chip, which is inserted into the fob (that black part slides off).Essentially, you pair the code with an account which you register in the bPay app - took me about 5 minutes, and this sets you up with a virtual wallet. Mine has £30 max at any one time, and the wallet is set to top itself up automatically when it falls below £5. So, with my coffee in the morning, oyster travel to work, lunch in the afternoon and my journey home, don't need my wallet once!Plus, no one is gunna mug you for your keys.

Not usable from Sept 2020
This was a good idea but unfortunately is not usable from Sept 2020... I had to return the item...Disappointing yes though there is another fob called Pingit which I have now purchased and it is great.. So handy to have without having to carry money or cards..

I like not having to carry my wallet every where so this is perfect. Most small shops pubs and coffee outlets accept contactless payment now and until Android pay makes its way across the Atlantic for me this is the best solution.Plus pointsSecurely attaches to my key ring. Rubber holder is weak and when it breaks, it renders the product useless.
I've had 2 of these and the rubber holder has snapped both times. The product works perfectly but the loops on the holder are most definitely the weak point. Disappointing.

Great purchase!
Very useful if you've popped out and left your purse/ wallet in the house and this gadget is attached to your car keys. Just make sure you top it up before use. Works via bpay Barclay card app or online, just link your debit card and you can top up the fob manually or there's an option for automatic top up if funds are low... maximum you can have on the fob is £200. Really great product, easy to use and great if you don't have your purse on you!

Nice device, Android and Internet Apps let it down. No customer service
Nice device, Android and Internet Apps let it down. No customer service. No help when you cannot get into your internet or android app account. Since they are key to its use this product is a failure.
