Can this remove vinyl from Koozi’s ?

I don't think so, on a t-shirt you would apply this to the inside of the shirt behind the vinyl. You can not do that with a koozi

Does this work to remove the adhesive left behind rhinestones?

If there is vinyl on the swimsuit I wouldn’t see why it couldn’t. It should remove the adhesion regardless what the substrate is.

Does has anyone used on store bought shirts? I found a great deal on good quality cotton shirts but they have the year printed on them.

I’d say if it’s vinyl lettering it’d take it off. If it’s screen printed maybe not.
