Works good, I definitely don’t recommend it for a beard though.
Works as intended, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a beard. It just doesn’t work at all to straighten a beard as the comb teeth are too short in the space between them is too narrow.

Exactly what I needed!
Works great. Great price & easy to clean. I just finished blow drying my 15yo step-son hair so I can give him cornrows. He has A LOT of hair and it is very thick. I decided to blow dry his hair and then hot comb it so it'll be easier for me the braid it and OH MY GOODNESS. This hot comb saved the day, OK!

Meh…Didn’t work for me
I really wanted to love this comb. It had great, current reviews and works on all different types of hair. However, it didn’t work for me. I have long wavy hair and was hoping this would replace my flat iron that’s crapping out but I’m going to have to rerun this comb. The weight is ok. A little too heavy but nothing unmanageable. It seems to get really hot but it doesn’t work for my hair. The box came smashed to bits and I honestly think this was a returned product from a different return. When I use it (I don’t know if it’s a left handed thing) I keep pressing the OFF button. I have it on 20, which is the hugest heat and it still doesn’t smooth my hair entirely. I wanted to like it but it’s more aggravating to use than my kinda broken flat iron. Will definitely have to return it
