The shelves are really cute and a wonderful addition to my room, I now have the ability to show off not only some of my favorite books but plants and some other trinkets of mine.2/3 of my shelves turned out well and fit quite well; however, one of the shelves arrived quite warped. These shelves are actual wood, from my and my father's understanding (he helped me set them up) so we understood that wood is going to be finicky and may have been damaged by prolonged exposure to moisture or something else. I understood but I thought about it and resulted in contacting them, saying if it was possible to potentially replace the shelf or get a partial refund if they weren't able to.I quickly got a response, sent a picture, and they helped me to get my order replaced with new shelves. They were incredibly kind and I got my shelves that I have since hung up in a different room.On the topic of whether they are easy to install or not, they're quite straightforward, but a bit of a nuisance and easier with a second person to help you out to make sure everything is even. Additionally, we never used the screws that were provided, my father took a look at them and stated that his wall anchors for the screws were better and that these anchors were of the 'budget' quality. I'm not too well versed in the differences between the anchors, so I can't speak for that; however, everything turned out decently well.TLDR; Amazing customer service, shelves are really cute and are made with actual wood, and they are a bit difficult to install by yourself, so get someone else!

The media could not be loaded. The wood on the shelves are very smooth and a really pretty natural wood color. They are very solid and don’t bend. The metal that the shelves go on, don’t bend either and are very sturdy. They are a beautiful matte black color. I had plenty of parts and great instructions to install. Absolutely love!

These shelves are lightweight and beautiful. However, the installation instructions were wrong. It told us to hammer in the wall anchors, but the anchors were screws. So be aware before installing.

Easy to mount on the wall and it looks great. Great addition to my wife's office.

The shelves look so nice! Some of the bars are a bit bent not sure if that was because of shipping. But other than that the shelves are pretty durable and sturdy overall.
