Is the chocolate coating dark chocolate or milk chocolate

Milk chocolate - they are DELICIOUS!!!

Are the Frango Mint Chocolates gluten free?

Per the package: Frango Mints are manufactured on shared equipment that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, soybean, and egg products...so I would have to say no.

Do they have mint sprinkled on top?

No mint sprinkles on top. The entire bite-size morsel is solid, rich mouth-watering mint chocolate.

Are these chocolates kosher?

I do not know if Frango Mint Chocolates are kosher.
