Delta35864LF-SP Geist Bathroom Faucet, SpotShield Brushed Nickel

My husband says these are pretty straightforward to install. The look of them is just beautiful! Can’t wait to update our bathroom cabinets to complete the look! Great value for the money, great quality overall. The drain is plastic which is unfortunate but that’s the only con I see.

This works as you would expect a Delta faucet to. It’s heavy to hold, easy to install, and looks beautiful. My one and only complaint is that the water sits on the drain plug rather than sliding off (drip shown in photo). I imagine that after some time this will cause a buildup and possible discoloration but for now I just habitually give it a quick swipe with a rag after use. I like that to fill the sink with water all I need to do is press on the drain then press again to let the water out so there’s no drain pull to clean around. This also allows more room between the backsplash and the faucet head (again a great benefit for cleaning). This type of faucet sells for around $150 in big box stores so $100 was a nice bargain. The squared off shape of the handles and faucet head are nice and give a modern look to a classic style. The faucet head does not spin, it is stationary so if you’re looking for one that swivels this isn’t your guy. I love it and definitely recommend it, especially over some of the odd brands that offer similar styles. The price is comparable but the quality is consistent with Delta.

At my plumber's recommendation, I ordered this for some repair work I was having done. I was jusst the right setting for what was needed. It was also very sleek and attractive.

The media could not be loaded.  First of all, I don’t particularly recommend DIYing this, especially if your previous fixtures are more than 15 years old. It’s not this product’s fault at all, but we had a terrible time adapting the old set up to this. Secondly, the way the drain plug works is that you have to tap it to go between open and closed positions, so if you’re not great about keeping your sink clean and you don’t like touching it, you might consider another choice. It works very well, though, even if it looks a bit large. Having said that, the results are visually terrific— but we do have a little leak issue that now needs to be resolved. Again, I don’t think this is the fault of the product. Just hire a plumber. The old sink looked a bit dated, but with this these new fixtures, the bathroom looks expensive and fancy! I had to replace a Pfister faucet set as the Hot side handle would not shut water off and my plumber said it cannot be fixed . It was a Bear to remove. The New Delta Set was a Breeze to install and I'm over 70.

Love this faucets. Just beautiful in my bathroom. Love the shine of chrome. A really good price point.

I like everything about this product except that it does show water marks

I generally like Delta products and bought these to replace American Standard taps that seized after 10 years but the flow is not the best. They have to be turned almost mid way before they trickle and then fully for normal flow. Maybe this is how they were installed? All in all, don’t like them as much as the ones we had before but still good replacements.
