The build quality was super the price was great. Would buy again.

It's sturdy and the rounded nubs are less dangerous than spikes or sharp nut/bolts, but still grips your shoe really well. It makes his mtb look less "big box store" too, along with a few other swapped out accessories (it's an REI bike).

These pedals look great, fit well, price is reasonable. But, one of two pedals has dragging bearings at the screw end, as you can feel metal to metal and friction slowing the rotation of the pedal. The other pedal of two spins free with no measurable slop or bearing drag. So, appears to be marginal quality control when manufactured. Overall, I will further test and report more later.

Great replacement pedals as son broke ones that came with his bike

So I have to admit I did return these pedal but not over anything bad it was my fault I didn’t realize I had 1/2 inch pedals but I was super impressed with these pedals … very nice looking quality color was great and seemed very sturdy I debated on getting adapters to use these since I loved how good quality they seemed but I really didn’t wanna trust adapters but if I get a bike the 9/16 pedals I’d definitely buy a pair of these again

Are you wanting more grip from your pedals without needing stitches if you fall oft? These are the pedals for you. Hard-core mountain bike pedals have very sharp bolts designed to create the maximum traction possible on the pedal... until you fall off. Those pedals will tear into you flesh and leave blood all over the trail as your reward. These pedals give you a great deal of grip, without punishing you for failure.

It fits. It's easy to install. They work. They are still working a few months later. My son beats the snot out of his bmx bike. These pedals still hold up.
