The media could not be loaded. I love that I received them today and they were baked 2 days ago. Very clear instructions were packed in the box. It is in the 80’s outside today, so luckily I was home for the Delivery and put them directly in the freezer. I toasted a couple pieces of one and froze the remainder. It was very moist. A little gritty, but that’s what you get with this type of product. I buttered with olive oil butter and it tasted great. It’s hard to get the same quality of regular bread, when you aren’t adding all those garbage ingredients. I approve of this product so far. I’ll add to this once I’ve eaten it out of the freezer.

The amount of psyllium in this bread makes it fluffy and bread like, but OH the flatulence, bloating, gas and other digestive disruptions make the next three to five days very disturbing. There is no ability to send it back and the customer service is quite snippy, demeaning and useless. Birds will not eat it but the ants love it.

So, there is a recipe online and you can make this yourself. I bought this from a local grocer and discovered I could get this online as well. I’ve made this about six times and it still does not come out as delicious as this Baker makes light fluffy absolutely delicious. After paying for all the ingredients and putting all the time into it, this is a heckuva deal and I don’t mind spending just a little bit more without having to put all that time and effort it takes to make this bread. I appreciate all the love they put into this bread

Great product for low carb, gluten free bread. Good flavor. Good texture. Expensive for such a small loaf.I disagree with other reviewers that it’s very dry.Also, I recently learned something interesting about this bread. I had a loaf in the freezer for a year or so. Put it on the kitchen counter to thaw overnight. Wasn’t sure what to expect with it being in the freezer for so long. When I cut into it, it didn’t seem dried out or freezer burned. So I toasted a slice, buttered and ate . . . as good as ever. Being in the freezer for long didn’t seem to affect the texture or taste.

These loaves are a lot smaller than we anticipated. The 3 little loaves you get might equal one regular size loaf. Yes, they are tasty which sometimes is not the case with other Keto breads.

This bread taste fantastic, much better than others that I have tried. It’s great for making French toast and sandwiches kind of hard to get it to toast where it’s crunchy and then it starts not tasting good. All in all from the breads that I’ve eaten and tried because I can’t eat grain, this one taste the best to me..

Seemed fresh and well baked. I wanted so much to have bread again but no matter how I used this bread it just did not taste like bread, very bland. Toasted, with butter, pb&j, pb & bananas, nor as a sandwich, none satisfied.

I am on a gluten grain free diet and this bread gave me the same reaction as regular bread: severe bloating. Package arrived in good shape, taste is OK, I toasted the bread and it holds well. I kept the bread in the freezer until use. Very disappointed. I now ordered flour made in France and Italy, which are naturally gluten free, to try with just four ingredients. A friend recommended. Just too many ingredients is ready made breads. Try, you might like this bread.
