Yes, keeping expensive insulin safe!
This product delivers what it promises. The gel bags keep the insulin safely cool for around 6 hrs. as long as you remember to freeze the bags before you need them. It's neat and compact, and very affordable!I would like to mention that the zipper is good quality and should last a long time. The whole package, when loaded with insulin and frozen bags, is light and easy to slip in just about any space in a handbag or briefcase.

Works well
Bought this for a trip on a plane. We needed to keep Dupixent shot cold during a trip. It went through airport security just fine. It kept the injection cold until we could refrigerate at our destination. Initially we flew out of Phoenix in July. I was worried that the icepacks would melt as we rode on shuttle from airport parking to airport. The icepack kept cool through Phoenix & all day through our cross country flights. Space for injections in the case was perfect. Size fit easily in backpack. It has extra pockets for the prescription box info & alcohol wipes/Bandaid.Great product!

Perfect for travel
Needed a discreet, insulated pouch to keep some medicine cool when traveling. This was perfect and I had no issues with bringing it through airport security in my carry on baggage. The packs don’t stay frozen for long, but it worked fine for the 8h of travel.

Perfect size
I really never knew cases like this existed. I have used a small makeup case for my pens for a couple of years now. I am so glad I found these. This is so nice to use and fits my purse so well. I carry a small purse by the way. This one was the smallest one by 1 inch listed. Others complained about the zipper sticking, which mine did too but after opening and closing a few times it now works fine. Ice packs are small but that is to be expected. I am just surprised that the one I bought with the roses was a dollar more than the one with the other flowers. What's up with that? I am happy with it though.

nice
a nice little way to travel with your insulin. Just enough pockets to keep a few vials and needles together while on vacation for a week or two. It even has little cold packs so you can keep it cold while travelling. do keep in mind this is no substitute for a refrigerator but it does stay cold for a few hours at least. Long enough to get on the plane and ask the flight attendant to store it in the airplane fridge. Then you want to make sure you have a small fridge in the hotel room as well.

It works.
I've been using this insulin case for about a month now, and it has been great for keeping my insulin pen safe. The case comes with two small ice packs, which is very convenient for swapping out. While the ice packs don't stay frozen for very long, it's understandable given their size and the compact nature of the case. Despite this minor drawback, I would still recommend this case for anyone needing to travel with their insulin. Overall, I have no complaints about it.---
