I got myself this belt for during my pregnancy as I’m suffering from pelvic girdle pain. The belt itself is very light wait, comfortable and easy to put on. This has helped relieve some of the pain that I have had with round ligaments and some of my pelvic girdle pain. The company even provided a helpful booklet explaining the different straps and when to use them during your pregnancy as well as exercises to help with any pain and discomfort, Would highly recommend!

This belt is so comfy. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and a big bump. This belt helps support the weight of the bump and backache. I wear it every day and def helps with walking.

I haven't been using it that much as I can't feel a huge difference and after a while it's just uncomfortable for me. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and showing quite a bit now, but maybe I just need to give it time and will try use it more in the following weeks. Overall it has a nice fit and I like the quality of the material.

19 weeks pregnant and suffering with back pain and those round ligament pangs when sneezing etc. Love this band, it's so supportive, and great to have different levels of support too. The velcro is super sticky... holds in place well. I got the xxl as I'm a size 16- 18, and it's got loads of room to expand!

Been using this since 33weeks and now im on my 39th! I would say it does help with back and pelvic pain. My physio suggested to place belt around mid pelvis and don’t stand on one leg for too long..the only thing i hate is when i go to loo and have to remove everything lol

My wife has been suffering from back pain and pelvic girdle pain, found it very useful, she wear it couple of hours daily, mainly when she walk around the house or if we go out.The Obstetric consultant said it is very good belt too.
