Questionable Quality Control
This review is for my experience with my second repeat purchase of the same product. I have an HP ENVY Photo 7155. The first purchase was amazing; the ink was great and there were no problems with my printer taking the ink cartridge, no complaints. However, on my second purchase, the cartridge did not fit into my printer and my printer kept showing an error with the cartridge. In the second picture, you can see that the two cartridges that I bought from two separate purchases are slightly different. I run a sticker business so consistency is extremely important to me. If the quality control of the ink cartridges were consistent and thorough, I would have given this a 5 star and became a returning and loyal customer.

Defective cartridge
I am a teacher, I ordered this ink for my color printer at school. The printer would not recognize the ink cartridge. Product description says there is a warrantee, but I have been unable to return the product.

Ink?! Where?
Seemed the ink was not sufficiently refilled. Especially the yellow.

Won't snap in place
Will not snap into place in printer. Other brands have an audible snap when the cartridge fits securely. Also a no return policy. They had a number to text, but did not reply.
