I originally bought a Fitbit Versa Lite because I am not tech savvy and only wanted one to tell time and count steps. When the Fitbit came in it would not work except on the charger. I contacted support, they were nice and helpful but the watch was defective. After some research I found out Fitbit has quite a bit of problems so I went with the Samsung Galaxy watch 5 44mm. I was nervous it would be hard to use and it was not at all. The watch started up immediately and was very easy to sync to the phone app. The screen size is nice. The instructions were simple. Even though I didn't originally want all the extras I am enjoying them. In the app, you can customize your face watch in so many ways. I have mine set up to have battery life, steps, date and time on front. You can change the background color, font color, and many different options on backgrounds and personalization. Navigating the watch is easy as well and it looks nice. I changed out the watch band with a different color and it was easy to do. Its not as light to wear as Fitbit but doesn't feel heavy either. The only complaint is the battery life. I set the watch on battery saving mode (it still allowed texts and phone calls to come in and counted steps) the watch lasted about 2 and half days before needing to be charged again. I heard the Fitbit's can go a full week. That's the only complaint I have about the watch. I had other watches that were off brand smart watches. It use to really bother me that when I would drive my car it would keep counting steps on the watch. The Samsung does not do that at all. It only counts the steps you actually walk!

One of the best things I've ever bought in a long time! Works well, counts steps, you can get so many watch faces for it, and I use the pause/play feature a lot! A very good item if you just want a simple sports watch that uses compatible apps and has everything you would need.

Watch is in pristine condition for being a renewed product. Looks brand new, not a scratch or ding on it. Received a brand new watch band. Yeah, wish battery life was a little better but, can't complain at all since that is Samsung and not seller. Easy setup from my Google account. Works great! Very happy with purchase!

First off, this unit looks brand new with zero scratches and the white band is new or these don't wear at all!! A little big for my wrist, but honestly I forget it is on. The microphone works great and making calls and sending text are easy! I haven't finished setting everything up, but so far if I had any troubles, the seller immediately responded to me with advice. The first day the battery life was not so great, and I almost stopped right there. So, glad I kept working with settings, because with a little advice from Google, I'm still at 60% by the end of the day with heavy usage and answering all calls on the watch. That's my favorite feature so far! Not having to dig for my phone. Very satisfied customer. Customer support is the absolute best ever!!

The watch is great, the battery life is so so..about 24 hrs is about all you get but it has tons of features, looks great.

Charges fast, works perfectly.

Seems to be working well. It was in good condition except the back was a little scratched up. The battery does not last all day before needing to be recharged.
