Easy to clean bakes well

I make a completely unrefined chocolate with ingredients like cocao nibs, coconut, and dates. This can be pretty sticky stuff to work with and I don't want to use oils, so I need a true silicone that will release the product without damaging it and this definitely does that.The very first thing I did when I received these is to do a "pinch test". No white, so we were all good.Next, I washed them with warm soapy water and dried them before using them.After mixing up my chocolate, I spooned it into the molds and put them in the fridge. A couple of hours later and these popped right out without any sticking. They were perfectly molded and looked great!To wash them, I get them wet with hot water and use a soapy dish brush so I can get in all of the cracks and crevices. They come out perfectly clean each time.I have only used them a half a dozen times or so, but so far so good. I believe these will continue to hold up well and serve me for what I need.These produce a one ounce cup, about the same size as a Reece's, though shaped just a bit differently

This mold is very easy to use. It is much bigger than I thought so I did have to adjust the size of the cake balls! The mold washes up easily. The cake with a candy mold bottom came out flawlessly. It has been a great purchase for making wedding desserts.

Use these mini tart pans for several items that are frozen; such as making peanut butter cups and other chocolate molds. Items pop out really easy and maintain their shape. Have not used for baking.

Works just as it looks. No stink. Easy release, easy to clean. The nicely rounded ruffling is pleasing.

Home made peanut butter cups were a breeze with these assuming they get transported on a tray. Otherwise you can dump them as they are by design quite flimsy and floppy.

They do what they’re supposed to do. They’re flexible and you can roll them up when not in use, so they don’t take up much space.I’ve used for homemade candies and homemade dog treats. I also have sprayed with Pam and pressed meatball mix into each “cup” for perfect portion and sized meatball appetizers ( which worked great! )
