Unfortunately my driveway runs a little towards my garage door when it rains and even with a new seal on the bottom I would get some water in the garage. The sandbags were easy to fill and have worked out very well but the one thing I will say is if you get the four Footers and fill them with sand they are rather heavy.

Works good for tights spaces window well other water prone areas if you pull out the tie at the end you'll have to read it so don't do that

I fill them up with sand, And it fits perfectly to cover my garage.

Bought these to help my parents park in the garage without hitting tools etc. works perfectly, took 1 bag of sand box sand ($5) to fill. Will use other two for sand/traction weights in the car in the winter. Perfect, multipurpose item & cheaper than other options.

Filled without issue.Seem very thick.Seems are holding.Tie ends could be better.I left a few inches empty so I could fold it down over opening after tying. Secured it with zip tie.

unfortunately the description for these are very misleading in stating its a 6" sandbag thats 6' long.while it is a canvas like bag that is 6' long and 6" wide, thats only when its flat and not full of sand. filling it with sand to have it take an oval or round shape makes the sandbag perhaps 3 or 4" tall depending on how tightly you pack the sand or dirt.might still get the job done for you, or you might have to stack two on top of each other to achieve 6" worth of height...but just be aware its a good bit smaller than 6" in diameter when its filled.

We be live on Southern Lake Michigan with high winds and rain and in spite of the best windows available ( Marvin) , some leakage occurs during storms with 40-60 mi/hr winds.With the sand bags at the base of the windows —- no more leaks! GasMan

I needed it to use for cottage because of rains and flooding. Filled with small rocks and gravel and the bag ruptured. I'm not going to harsh on this company but maybe it was a defective thread.

These are great, but we modified them. We cut them in half and then sewed new drawstrings onto the cut half and sealed the bottoms as well. This made them half the size and much lighter and easier to move around. We use them along the base of a garage door to keep the drafts out. They work perfect and when cut in half are quick and easy to move with one person. The original length was too bendy and hard to move with one person and not drag it.
