Best flashlight I've ever had
I've had this flashlight for almost two years, and have used it every night while walking my dog around the block and through the nearby woods. Our nightly walk is about a half hour, and the light is on (mostly at low power) for a good portion of the walk, maybe 5 - 10 minutes. It gets bright Bright BRIGHT! I can easily spot a raccoon or a possum at ~ 30 yd in the woods in the middle of the night. The battery life is quite remarkable- I've only had to recharge it 3 or 4 times. The compact design of this EDC is great. It fits perfectly in pretty much any pocket and it feels solid and sturdy. I've dropped it on the pavement or a concrete sidewalk a few times, and (after a short prayer and with held breath) it fired right up as if nothing had happened. I'm not sure how waterproof it is, but I'm confident that if it fell in the water at the beach or boat ramp, it would probably function fine.Yes, it is really expensive, no doubt about it. However, this thing will probably still be lighting my way in the dark long after I go through ten gas station-cashier-counter flashlight impulse buys. The only pain in the butt with it is the strobe. When I quickly need to light something up and hastily reach into my pocket and switch it on, the whole scene turns into a disco. Why do most flashlights have these darn strobes? If I lost this light I would quickly replace it with another. In fact, I will most likely will probably get the headlamp (HM70r), along with the tactical light (PD36r).

I now have 3 of these
I work as a camp host on the Oregon coast for the USFS. I'm miles away from anything. It is dark, gale-prone, wet and rainy and cold here 8 months out of the year. Over the years, I have used dozens of makes/models of flashlights. I have 3 of these flashlights. I keep one in my pocket, one in my service truck and have one stored away as a spare. 2 are E35 V3.0's, 1 is the E35R. Things I like: 1) just the right size for one-hand operation 2) powerful enough to light up a 4 acre area when I need them to 3) simple, fool-proof user interface without unnecessary options/controls 4) seriously water-proof, impact resistant 5) long enough run time 6) two lock out modes (one electronic, one mechanical). 7) feels bullet-proof and like it was designed by those who actually use flashlights on a daily basis or have spent a lot of time with those who do. IMO this the finest flashlight for general duty/EDC on the market. Some tips after 3 years of use: 1) make it a habit to actually use the supplied lanyard 2) use one of the lock out modes before sticking it in a pocket (not doing so is a mistake you'll only make once). 3) you CAN reverse the clip and mount it on the bill of your cap for serious hands-free lighting. Things I don't like: there's nothing I don't like about this light, especially now with the increased candela of the E35R and tail magnet.

Very bright
Very bright. Rigid quality, dropped it from 150 feet and still functions as normal. Very slim design makes it easy to carry around. Very good quality for the price. Buttons are simple to use as well.

Wow this one is bright
This is the brightest flashlight I have ever seen. I have it 4 stars because the beam focus is t adjustable and when they say it gets hot on high beam strength be warned it truly gets hot as in too hot to hold. Overall a great light and I’m not sorry I bought it but a few tweaks and it would be perfect.

Great Quality Brite Flashlight
Construction of great quality, easy side button power stepping for brightness. Love the tail magnet and flat bottom for versatility. Easily charged with standard USB C Cord,. Last a good time on the lower brightness settings, but has the overwhelming brightness of the most powerful of pocket flashlights if you need to light up an entire large room for a short time , or throw a blinding light at night equivalent of many car high beam headlights. The head end does get hot during any highest setting use for a few minutes, but for the light and power that is to be expected. I like that the battery is replaceable for quick swaps if you need longer light time. While this is still a bit large for pocket EDC every day carry, with a small belt holster it carries well to be ready. In today's market, this is still a premium price flashlight, but the quality is there, so if you need it, the price is justified.

Super bright!
I got this a an EDC. Very useful and easy to use. Quality feels premium and weighty in a good way. Multiple modes lets you use it continuously for long periods of time, obviously the lower modes conserve the most battery. Button is great and clicky and lights up to tell you battery power.
