Medium protection
The hard material isn’t super hard, that’s why I consider it medium protection. I used it to protect my wrist after I had some surgery. It gave me peace of mind playing baseball. Fortunately I didn’t get hit on my wrist. It’s not a very hard shell, but it’s better than nothing and comfortable to wear. I like it.

I guess it’s my own fault for not realizing it but make sure you order TWO, one for each wrist. Figured as an able bodied human it would be a two pack. Not sure if $50 is worth it but we will see…
