Good value, nice cage
I probably would have given it a 4-1/2 stars if that was available because the assembly instructions weren’t the easiest. That said, it took me about 45 minutes to assemble. It’s a good cage in its price range. I like the multiple doors for cleaning and it comes with plenty of shelves and stairs for you to create your own climbing array. The assembly is solid and will be great for our chinchillas.

Nice roomy cage
So happy with this purchase. Works as it should and no problems at all. The product is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Our chinchilla enjoys this cage and the wheels make it easy to relocate.

Overall, decent.
Build quality: Middling to Average. It feels a tad flimsy, but holds up well, overall.Size: Good for rats at the very least. Note that bar width is almost an Inch, so chicken wire may be needed for smaller rodents.Ease of assembly: Fairly simple, wouldn't hurt to have a second pair of hands, though.Other Observations: The plastic tray at the bottom is flimsy and shallow. Would suggest finding a tote that fits down there instead.

Very cheap, bottom tray broke the first time taken out to clean.
The "best" part on the cage is the way the doors are constructed so little critters can't outsmart the latch and escape. And the level trays/ramps!It seems/feels very cheap as you assemble it. Once it's all assembled and you go back through to tighten down the screws (because you can't tighten them down all the way as you go or else some pieces seem like they wont fit without bending/breaking other pieces to make it fit. But once all tightened down, it seems to be structurally decent. And will/does contain your critter. But do keep an eye on that lower tray and try to find a stronger/thicker replacement as soon as you can so it doesn't end up breaking and your critter escaping that way!The removable bottom tray is VERY thin and delicate. It cracked on the end just removing it from the cage to take it out and clean it.If you have a critter that poops all over, don't put the trays too close to the wire cage exterior on the sides because they will poop all over the metal wires or it will fall out onto the floor around it!It IS super easy to move and I also like how two wheels lock to prevent accidental movement. And it does have a decent area/space to roam and live.

Great cage
Really good quality for the price. It was easy to put together and it’s easy to clean. I really like that it has wheels on it makes it a lot easier to move around.

Great bang for your buck!
I’ve had lots of different cages for my chinchilla over his 12 years. It was time for a new one again as the pan at the bottom of his old one had warn out and I wanted something slightly shorter since he’s older now. You can make this cage have a solid platform halfway up using the shelves which is what I wanted to prevent falls. Excellent quality! The instructions themselves were a bit confusing but once you figure out what they’re saying it’s super easy to put together and sturdy. The little legs with the wheels are probably the weakest point so I don’t advise moving the cage around a whole lot (unless it’s on hard floor). Really like that the base of the cage is lowered down a few inches so poops don’t constantly fall out. I got washable pee pads to put in the base rather than bedding and it’s great! Would recommend!

The legs are complete crap and need modified to keep them from breaking.
The size of the cage is very nice for something the size of a squirrel or a ferret. The quality of the cage itself is pretty decent I don't expect it to last 5 years probably not even three. The worst quality of this cage is the the legs that hold the wheels you have to treat it like it's wet toilet paper you have to have two people pick up and carry the cage anywhere you want because the slightest little bit of resistance on the legs and they will break off. This cage even though it has wheels does not need to be moved around it will collapse. If you're buying this cage you need to not move it much or plan on modifying the legs yourself reinforcing the legs so that they can be rolled around. They have cheap plastic inserts to connect the frames inside the square tubing. The legs are so long that the plastic is not strong enough to resist the leverage from the force of just rolling it. If they made the legs longer before connected to the wheels before adding a plastic insert there would have been less leverage on the plastic insert. Overall I give this cage a 3 ⭐. You cannot simply just take the legs off because the pan hangs lower than the cage so the cage would be sitting on the plastic pan at the bottom. The legs are just flat trash horrible design. Headed to home Depot now to figure out how to modify the legs so that they don't break and fall off. And for the ease of cleaning they should have designed this cage with doors on both ends. the big doors on the one side are really nice to get in and clean but you still have to put your body halfway in the cage to reach the other side so doors on both ends would be a lot better. Another thing is when you're connecting critter friendly toys and hammocks it would be really nice if the wire mesh were smaller squares. Smaller squares would make for a lot easier attachment.

Broken pieces
The cage is great but one of the shelves came broken. Is there a way to replace just the shelf with hole for the ramp?
