The phone reminds me of an old Nokia brick, and that's perfect. That's exactly what I was looking for. The one star review is because it does not read my SIM card. It doesn't come with a SIM card. And the instructions are so bad, there's not even a diagram to show you where it goes/how to put it in. I spent a good while trying to figure that out. And once I finally got it where it needed to be, it wouldn't register it. I even had a former TMobile employee look it over and they had the same problems. I fear trying to return this is going to be a bigger hassle than it's worth (especially since I got this in a bigger order that I paid for with Affirm), so I guess I have a flashlight that plays Snake and maybe makes emergency calls

no good. made for use in china not compatible with US service. no product id. manual is in the most incomprehensible chinglish. replacement batteries unavailable anywhere. advertised as simple but has all kinds of fake buttons on the sides. looks like a gi joe toy.

it's a great phone it's a strong phone. the only problem I had with it, is that it only worked with 1 of my services which I had to buy a new sim.
