Alright, let me tell ya, these hot/cold packs? Absolute game-changers. Five stars, no question. I bought 'em thinking, "Yeah, okay, reusable ice packs, whatever," but man, was I wrong.First off, the versatility is awesome. Pulled a muscle doing something heroic like... reaching for the remote? Pop it in the microwave. Kid took a tumble off their bike? Throw it in the freezer. It’s like having a tiny, squishy superhero ready for whatever dumb thing I (or my family) manage to do next. They handle both hot and cold like a champ.And they stay cold (or hot) for a decent amount of time! Not like those sad bags of frozen peas that turn into lukewarm mush in five minutes. Plus, they don't leak! Hallelujah! No more mysterious blue goo escaping onto the couch. They're tough enough to handle being tossed around, frozen, nuked, and refrozen again and again.Honestly, whether you're nursing a sports injury, a headache, or just the general aches of getting older (don't tell me it's just me), these packs are clutch. Flexible enough to actually wrap around stuff, easy to clean, and they just plain work. Seriously, ditch the leaky bags and frozen veggies – get these. You won't regret it.

I absolutely love that these have a hot and cold feature. They are so convenient to use. They are very flat and thin which is nice because they don’t take up much room in the freezer. It works really well and is fast to freeze if you need it quickly. My favorite feature is the pack itself being very flexible and conforms to the body.

This ice pack is very durable and easy to use. It stays cold for a long period. I have not tried heating it up, yet, but I am sure it will heat up fine and work well. The only issue, and what is keeping this from being a 5-star product, is that it is not as flexible as other ice packs. The gel inside becomes very hard, like solid ice. There are three different compartments, so it can fold at the seems between each, but to call it flexible may be a stretch. Each compartment is very hard when frozen. Overall, I like these ice packs and I am very glad I purchased them. They are a great size for minor aches.

The media could not be loaded. Got this product because wanted a heat/ice pack that would fit better for my wrist. The 3 section design makes it flexible and ideal to wrap around a body part. Great value for the quality, and I’m happy with the product. The box that it came in was very sturdy. Also was happy to be supporting a small business.Temperature (heat): I usually microwave on normal settings for the recommended 25 seconds, and it gets pretty hot so be careful when taking it out initially. The heat only lasts about 5-8 minutes before it becomes faint, but it’s definitely good enough for me because shouldn’t heating for a long period of time anyways.Temperature (cold): It does well in the freezer. Still remains flexible when frozen.Durability: The material quality feels much better than other cheaper ice packs I have used. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks, so not sure about how durable it will be in the long-run, but I do believe it I’ll last a long time.Appearance: intructional text is easy to read on the pack. Design looks cool and modern.

These are great. I was hopping to keep a frozen one on reserve, but they can only stay an hour in freezer. I do use microwave to heat up, 30 seconds, remove and kneed the gel for move even heating, then back in for another 30 seconds and it’s perfect. I wrap in a dish towel and it stays very warm much longer than a hot water bottle. This size is nice for back, knees, shoulder, neck and forehead.

Appears well constructed but doesn’t work as advertised.It works fine in the freezer, but not in the microwave. Each ice pack has three sections, and the two outer sections heat up much faster than the middle, resulting in it being half hot and half room temp rather than warm all around.I can’t microwave it more than 50 seconds (even on 30% power) without the liquid in the outer sections starting to expand, so the middle never gets that warm.

I’mVery satisfied either way this ice pack. Tore my MCL and it fits perfectly in my knee. Great 2 Pack. One to leave at home and at work
